Welcome to Fourspace Deco. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity regarding our bespoke manufacturing and delivery process.

 


1. General Policy

At Fourspace Deco, we specialise in high-end, hand-finished furniture. Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the materials used (such as natural marble and premium fabrics), all sales are final. We do not currently offer warranties, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, colour preference, or size discrepancies.


2. Warranty Disclaimer

Fourspace Deco does not provide a formal warranty period on products at this time.

  • Quality Assurance: Every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our gallery-standard finish.

  • Natural Materials: Customers acknowledge that materials such as marble and wood grain possess natural variations in veining, colour, and texture. These are not considered defects but are unique characteristics of the material.

  • Maintenance: Proper care is essential for the longevity of your furniture. Damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or exposure to direct sunlight is the responsibility of the customer.


3. Cancellation and Returns

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different colours, materials, or sizes. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are confirmed before completing your purchase.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled as the production and logistics process begins immediately.


4. Delivery and Inspection

Because we do not offer returns, the Inspection Point is the most critical part of your purchase:

  • White-Glove Inspection: Upon delivery and assembly by our factory team, customers are required to inspect the item thoroughly.

  • Sign-Off: By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that the item has been received in perfect condition and is free of any visible manufacturing defects.

  • Post-Delivery: Fourspace Deco is not liable for any damages, breakage, or malfunctions that occur once the delivery team has left the premises and the sign-off is complete.


5. Pricing and Orders

Fourspace Deco reserves the right to reject or decline an order at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • The item or specific material is out of stock.

  • Payment authorisation cannot be obtained.

  • Shipping restrictions apply to your location.

  • A pricing or product description error is identified.

  • Price Changes: Fourspace Deco reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time without prior notice.


6. Limitation of Liability

Fourspace Deco disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to other property or equipment, personal injury, or any costs arising from the use or sale of its products. The company's liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.


7. Services

  • Installation: We provide professional assembly for furniture items included in our delivery service. However, Fourspace Deco does not provide installation services for wall-mounted items, electrical fixtures, or chandeliers.
