At Fourspace Deco, every piece of furniture is custom-made to order in our local workshop. We take pride in our artisanal approach, ensuring that your piece is crafted with precision and care.

1. Production and Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Timeline: Our standard production and delivery window is 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Extended Window: While we strive for speed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to account for material curing times and final quality inspections.

  • Bespoke Nature: Because each item is built specifically for you, timelines may vary slightly based on the complexity of the design and the materials selected.

2. Delivery & Installation Fees

We offer two tiers of professional service provided by our factory team:

  • Standard Professional Delivery (100 AED): Includes on-site delivery and positioning of your furniture within your home.

  • White-Glove Delivery & Installation (150 AED): Includes full assembly by our expert team, positioning, and removal of all packaging materials, leaving your space ready to enjoy.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

Fourspace Deco is committed to meeting all delivery deadlines; however, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Force Majeure: This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, global supply chain disruptions for specific raw materials (such as rare marble or specialised fabrics), or unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Notification: In the event of a significant delay, our team will contact you immediately to provide a revised delivery schedule.

  • Limited Liability: Fourspace Deco is not responsible for any consequential losses or damages resulting from a delay in delivery.

4. Delivery Scheduling

  • Coordination: Once your piece is ready, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

  • Access Requirements: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators. Please double-check product dimensions before ordering.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is scheduled and the customer is not present to receive the item at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Service Area

  • We currently provide professional delivery and installation services across the UAE. For deliveries to remote areas, additional surcharges may apply.
